Technician George Flores provides great customer service to clients. I have worked with him at various campuses throughout the years and he quickly responds and is very thorough. One of experiences that I will never forget is finding a bat in a laboratory before classes were to start. He was onsite and had it removed in time. He displayed calmness and handled it professionally. I know if he’s onsite, any problems will be given the attention they deserve.
